The Barn

BarnHolds Climbing started as a guy who loved making cool holds. I began climbing at my local gym and fell in love with the sport. Being 100% obsessed, I took a shaping class in the gym basement. I learned to make holds from the company there, and eventually worked professionally pouring holds. When that was no longer an option, I continued making my own designs to climb at home.

After selling the extra holds I made to fund new mold rubber, I found people enjoyed the crazy colors and designs. Most gyms nowadays all set monochromatic, which is cool, but people miss the old school artistic side of climbing holds. My goal is to bring some of that feel back to the home walls! (although I can still make you solid color holds)

Now my wife and I run BarnHolds together! Hopefully soon our daughter will pick it up too. (she needs to learn walking first) We are continually making new shapes, and trying to grow the hold lines we already have
